our fathers,
44-9:37 And
it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died:
whom when they had washed, they laid her in
an upper chamber.
45-5:6 For
when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died
for the ungodly.
45-5:8 But
God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
45-6:10 For
in that he died, he died
unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
45-7:9 For
I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived,
and I died.
45-8:34 Who
is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at
the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
45-14:9 For
to this end Christ both died, and rose, and
revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.
45-14:15 But
if thy brother be grieved with thy meat,
now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ
died.
46-8:11 And
through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?
46-15:3 For
I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
47-5:14 For
the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:
47-5:15 And
that he died
for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but
unto him which died for them, and rose again.
52-4:14 For
if we believe that Jesus died and rose again,
even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
52-5:10 Who
died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we
should live together with him.
58-10:28 He
that despised Moses’ law died without mercy
under two or three witnesses:
58-11:13 These
all died in faith, not having received the
promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the
earth.
58-11:22 By
faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the
departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones.
66-8:9 And
the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.
66-8:11 And
the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters
became wormwood; and many men died of the
waters, because they were made bitter.
66-16:3 And
the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood
of a dead man; and every living soul died in the sea.

which dieth of itself, or is torn with beasts, he shall not eat to defile
himself therewith: I am the LORD.

kid in his mother’s milk.

21-2:16 For
there is no remembrance of the wise
more than of the fool for ever; seeing that which now is in the days to come shall all be forgotten. And how dieth the wise man?
as the fool.
21-3:19 For
that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth
them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so
that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity.
23-50:2 Wherefore,
when I came, was there no man? when I
called, was there none to answer? Is
my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? or have I no power to deliver?
behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness: their
fish stinketh, because there is no
water, and dieth for thirst.
23-59:5 They
hatch cockatrice’ eggs, and weave the spider’s web: he that eateth of their
eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh
out into a viper.
26-4:14 Then
said I, Ah Lord GOD! behold, my soul hath not been polluted: for from my youth
up even till now have I not eaten of that which dieth
of itself, or is torn in pieces; neither came there abominable flesh into my
mouth.

saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves,
and live ye.

eat every one the flesh of another.

02-11:7 But
against any of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against
man or beast: that ye may know how that the LORD doth put a difference between the Egyptians and Israel.
03-LEVITICUS
03-10:10 And
that ye may put difference between holy and
unholy, and between unclean and clean;
03-11:47 To
make a difference between the unclean and the
clean, and between the beast that may be eaten and the beast that may not be
eaten.
03-20:25 Ye
shall therefore put difference between clean
beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and ye shall not make
your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any manner of living thing
that creepeth on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean.
26-22:26 Her
priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put
no difference between the holy and profane,
neither have they shewed difference between
the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am
profaned among them.
26-44:23 And
they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause
them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
44-15:9 And
put no difference between us and them, purifying
their hearts by faith.

45-10:12 For
there is no difference between the Jew and the
Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
46-7:34 There
is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for
the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she
that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.
65-1:22 And
